Now on Kickstarter – The Pretzel Pillow

It looks like some form of restraint but the Pretzel Pillow is designed to offer comfortable sleep while sitting.  It supports your head, neck and arms.  Think airline seat where access to the armrest is nonexistent thanks to your rotund seat mate.

This is… not actually the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. Every place I can think of where it would have come in handy I definitely wouldn’t have been carrying one, but for a commercial flight it probably wouldn’t be any less practical than those neck pillows.

isn’t this putting unnatural strain on your spine?

Eh….I see more strain on shoulders more so than spine but it could lead that way for sure.

Anyone who served in the military won’t need this as it’s a skill you learn pretty quickly without equipment!

I have the Forever Pillow, which is similar, and I can attest that it is one of the best inventions ever. This is a tweek on the original design. Seems more confusing, but having used the original, I can tell this would be an improvement. However, you do look like a nut when you have it on.

If only it had hooks in the back to hang from those negative-incline netting troop seats.
