See Rescue Streamer is a marking device for sea or land. It is available in 25′ and 40′ lengths and is the only passive and persistent signaling device. Additionally, when used by military isolated personnel, it can be just as easily laid out on pulled in meaning you won’t signal the enemy like with sea dye. The lightweight bright orange panel has been issued an NSN, approved by all four services plus the Coast Guard and is used in fighter election seat kits.
