    Perhaps it’s just too much Halloween in the air, but at first I thought they were holding up a KCRF patch made of chocolate.

    And to answer the question of location. This is the Heroes’ Square in front of the Neue Burg which is part of the Hofburg complex.

    In the vicinity you’ll find the Presidential Office and the OSCE.

    The Blackhawk was there because every year on the 26th of October the Austrian Armed Forces have their troops and hardware on display to celebrate our national holiday.
