Victorinox Multitool Available via NSN

I’m regularly approached by service members asking for National Stock Numbers for items. This one is for a Knife, Combat, Muti-Tool (1095-01-670-1865) manufactured by Victorinox, a Swiss Army brand.

Best multi-tool I’ve ever had. Got one as a groomsman gift. When I was issued a Gerber pre-deployment, I checked it out, then left it home and took the Victorinox with me.

Is this available to the public?
So this is the official multitiool for the ARMY or just like another authorized tool?
Does this will replace the Gerber MP600?

THERE IS NO OFFICIAL MULTI-TOOL THEY BUY SOG, GERBER LEATHERMAN,
AND OTHERS THE BUY TONS OF MAGPULS BUT THE OFFICIAL IS STILL THE STANDARD ALUMINUM ONE WHICH WAS A 20 ROUNDER AND BUMPED UP TO,
A 30 ROUNDER. THIS TOOL DOES NOT BREAK LIKE THE OTHERS. TRUE GO TO WAR ITEM.
