Designed by Joe Caswell, the PROVOKE is a production version of his Morphing Karambit. It combines D2 blade steel with a titanium nitride finish for corrosion resistance and 6061 aircraft grade aluminum handles.

To open the knife, squeeze the aluminum chassis and the two pivoting arms move, unfolding the blade and locking it into place. Lift the tab at the back to unlock the blades.

Well, $200 is a lot better than the $650 retail that was claimed back on his March 2018 Kickstarter page.
But it’s also not the same knife.
This is the China river knife & tool production model, of course it is going to be way less than the original or custom version.
Still $200 is too much for a CRKT knife.
$200? Fuck it, I’ll just make it myself. I’ve been waiting to see when a production of it would come out and bring the price down, but damn, still $200. I was thinking it would be fun to make it myself anyway. I get it though, supply and demand. My wallet just isn’t demanding that price.
