The waterproof/breathable Men’s Storm Racer Jacket from Patagonia is an anorak-style and incorporates two front zippers which open diagonally for increased ventilation and to expose hydration in runner’s vests worn beneath the jacket.
Patagonia considers it an emergency shell and it stuffs into its own pocket for storage.

I feel like this could be good for tactical use, possibly better than something like the Crye HalfJak. Perhaps for LE or plain clothes with vest/armor carrier.
