Quiet Professionals, LLC seeks Senior-level USAF Force Protection SMES who have experience with installation level C-SUAS TTPs to work on a contract in San Antonio, TX with 1 two week long OCONUS trip a year to Guam (there may be other occasional short CONUS travel). The contractor will establish the C-SUAS program and have the capability to assess mission needs, assist in developing concepts of operations and employment, enact procedures for airspace coordination, de-confliction and integration of operational policy, guidance and training, maintain database tracking of the operational status of all C-SUAS systems and conduct standardization and evaluation training in order to validate mission readiness and effectiveness of the program. Finally, the contractor will provide expertise to integrate C-SUAS in support of friendly unmanned aerial systems and future concepts of counter-SUAS within various mission sets of SF. Requires 15+ years of USAF military experience with extensive experience with base defense concepts and operations and a Secret security clearance (TS preferred).
