A Date Which Will Live In Infamy

President Roosevelt called December 7th, 1941, “A date which will live in infamy.”

Today is the anniversary of the surprise Japanese attack on the US fleet at Pearl Harbor. Sadly, we no longer even hold ceremonies commemorating that day.

We have raised generation after generation who take what we have for granted and vilify the sacrifices of our forebearers.

Every year there are fewer and fewer of out greatest generation among us. Let us always honor their sacrifices to keep America, and the world, free.

I’d also like to take a moment of silence for the 2402 Americans who were lost on that day, along with the hundreds more, who were wounded during the attack.

“Sadly, we no longer even hold ceremonies commemorating that day”. -Because leftists reeducate our students. God bless those 2402 heroes. You were avenged…Twice!

God bless the heroes who answered Liberty’s call on this fateful day. May each one of you find peace in the blessings of eternity. Your struggle was not in vain. It will live forever in the hearts of free men on this Earth. I love each and every one of you.

My father left Pearl on Saturday the 6th. He was on the USS Lexington. They had to delivery planes to Midway.

There is a memorial on JB Little Creek. Over by PSD. When i first moved out here they would still have ceremonies there. Sadly almost all of that generation is gone so they stopped having them. But i feel like it is my job to make sure my kids know about it. I would rather my kids learn this from me then their school. God bless them all and Everyone lost defending the USA

What about the rumors that the japanese airplanes took quite some time to fly the final distance.
No intelligence about this on the US site given to that time?
Maybe it is not to only remember THAT 2402 Americans died in that moment WHY: Blaiming the Enemy? You mean congratulate to their tactical success. Its the job of Americans to protect Americans, not the job of the enemy.
So, whome to blaime for? Is there any evidence that some American maybe guilty of missing his dutys 😉 ?
Lefties teach you to remember this.

    • Trent says:

Leftist don’t teach, they re-educate and brain wash. Leftist can’t win arguments, this is why the shut down free speech.

You are free to be a complete idiot here because of the generation this post celebrates. God bless them and all they went through.

      Some people’s kids…

I feel somewhat grateful that I can’t even decipher your incoherent post.
