US Patriot Stands By Employees During COVID-19 Pandemic

Many of you are familiar with US Patriot. They have over 70 stores across the US and close to 350 employees. They may well be the largest military retailer in the world.

Like any other company that performs retail services, the COVID-19 crisis has been tough on business and employee alike.

Fortunately, US Patriot has been able to stand by their employees during this tough time and is paying out $250,000 in total to their loyal employees as a retention bonus. Deemed an essential business, their team members stuck by their side so that the company could continue to service customers in the military and public safety community.  This bonus is based on years of service with some getting close to $4K apiece.

Here is the text of the letter:

U.S. Patriot is pleased to announce that it has recently rewarded nearly $250,000 in retention bonuses to their entire staff, as a sign of appreciation toward all the hardworking team members within the organization.

Co-owners Phil Dee and Paul Yoo have been touched by the commitment shown by the team during this very stressful and challenging time for our country. This has allowed US Patriot to continue to provide the essential equipment and service to those serving our country at home and abroad.

We are very fortunate to have such dedicated team members and customers, and will always strive to provide the best products and service to those in need.

Wishing you all the best.
