    Gents. Buy a real solid frame and mount it well. I bought a cheap surplus frame and didn’t mount it properly. Bent the frame in half. Was a nightmare to carry until I could remount my old frame again.

    When old and new meet, have a baby and everyone lives happily ever after. I’d always rather hump ALICE over a ‘RUCK’…something in the difference between terminology, a ‘pack’ and a ‘sack’, and many miles to deliberate the significance.
