Training for the new Cut & Sew Operator is wrapping up. We strive to have our employees not only understand how we make our products but also to be involved themselves in the use of said products afterward. We achieve this by having the CSOs sew equipment initially for themselves so that they learn the care that goes into designing and producing all the gear that they and others will use.
None of these items are future products (the placard is a current one) but they are great items for learning sewing on. We started with a simple zippered organizer pouch, and then moved up to a organizer bag. Next, we moved into a Lite RAID Pouch and then into an EPV2. Finally, we wrapped up with a duffle bag and an entire minimalist carrier. Each step up either increased in complexity or size and taught the employee how to use various equipment in the shop.
For those interested in joining our team we have positions available that can be seen under ‘Occupations’ on our site.
