Sometimes websites fail to fully load in the browser window. I don’t know if it’s more commonly the website, the browser, or the internet connection. Regardless, it’s possible the search box didn’t load or show up and the customer failed to reload the site to perhaps cure the problem.

I get emails all of the time demanding a refund for a product that never arrived.
