I noticed suppressors on the rifles. What are NZ laws like for owning/using suppressors?

    That’s a negative.
    You need to have a license to own a firearm. No requirement to license a suppressor. Confirmed it now with multiple sources.

  There are no restrictions whatsoever on suppressors here (as far as I am aware). We just can’t get Surefire’s unfortunately….!!!
  
  Mostly locally made and the thread on type suppressors that partially go over the barrel
