BATTERYCLIP Battery Storage System Available From TNVC

Think of the BATTERYCLIP Battery Storage System as a magazine for your batteries.  Just like a weapon magazine, a spring-loaded follower pushes fresh batteries to the top of the device where they are easily deployed by pushing out with your thumb. A “round count” indicator on the back of the BATTERYCLIP immediately shows how many are left.  Looks like a great way to keep batteries organized.

Available for 9v, AA and CR123A. Check for color availability.

This is a great idea because of the form-factor, but TNVC’s site doesn’t list capacity. How many batteries does each version hold?

  2. Sorry Eric, Clasky is updating the web site right now to list the capacities which are as follows.

    AA holds 10.
    9V holds 8.
    CR123 holds 8.

Is this the same thing that’s at clothing and sales?

  4. Diggdatt says:

8 CR123’s is not bad, but can I get a +2 extension for when SHTF?

  5. Jon, OPT says:

Battery magazines! How awesome, too bad it was apparently named by a California Senator.

I own one each of these in CR123A and AA. I thought they were kinda silly at first but bought them on a lark. They have been awesome for keeping the batteries clean, undamaged, and in one place where I can find them. Now that I know TNVC has them it’s time to place an order for my vehicle.

I’d really like to see a dispenser that carries half as many, or less, to make them make more sense in a pack or armor carrier.

you know someone will jam it in a firearm…

  10. Jon, OPT says:

On a serious note, if you could load it so that newer batteries were towards the bottom that would be awesome.

Seems again like you Americans will pay for everything 🙂 (no offense)

This 20 USD against 1USD case from ebay?..

It’s neat and cheesy and even tactikewl, but I still prefer this. http://www.surefire.com/sc1-spares-carrier.html

I wanted to get one of these before NTC, but my less tacticool buddies talked me out of it. It would have worked far better than the strip of 100 MPH tape in which I kept the batteries…
