Has AWG run out of stuff to do. Lol

  2. EB says:

Needs more buzzwords in the narration

  3. The Stig says:

If obfuscation is one of the critical core competencies and attributes of an agile adaptive leader, then Dale Wiggens is a level 10 grandmaster general in the Army.

I think that was his final exercise, talk for two minutes, maintain your audiences attention while conveying no information and yet leaving them with an impression of your subject mastery.

  5. Chuck says:

What the actual fuck? Learners learning about learning. Playing with sand. Adaptive. Learning. Process. Leadership. Core fundamentals. Learning. Cognitive.

    • Chuck says:

AAR: Never ever ever (EVER!) talk about killing the enemies of the United States. This is a no go in today’s Army. Instead let’s focus on integration, core competencies, and advancing anything else through the chain of command. This is what wins wars. I expect you will carry these skills forward to your future units.

      Improve: Integration, Learning, Leadership

      Sustain: Uselessness, Funding, Adaptationability

      Hooah.

I can make it simple for the knuckle draggers here.

Stop learning by somebody telling you when and how to do something. Learn by figuring it out your damn self, you will remember it better.

    or

Mom- “Timmy dont touch the stove its hot”
Timmy touches the stove leaving his skin behind and learns by doing instead of being told.

As a fan of AWG’s shooting courses, this is flat out hilarious. AWG is stacked with some solid people doing great things for the Army at large, but this clip strikes me as being an example of an organization desperately trying to expand and/or stay relevant.

  8. Dan says:

For a second it looked like the acronym spelled Asystole. Too appropriate.

The old Wexford Group gang were on point!!!

Wow, what a horrible video. AWG needs to tighten up on getting their message across. I can imagine how a commander would feel when locked in a room full of AWG folks getting briefed on the ASLT&E approach to training. He’d stand up and say, “Get out and come back when you know what you’re talking about.”

    I agree with @Attack7…
