A Public Service Announcement In Light Of Gunpocalypse

Dear Freedom Loving California Gun Owners,

Think of this an intervention. Move to a state where you still have your civil rights. There is strength in numbers. We welcome you with open arms.

Why would any other state welcome people who don’t vote?

    • Fleur de lis tactical says:

Why would assume that they didnt vote?

    • SN says:

Reagan’s Immigration Amnesty turned california from a red State to a Blue State overnight.

The Democrats understand the lesson, Republican’s don’t.

That said, keep out of Texas, move to Arizona or New Mexico.

      • cj says:

what SN said….plus I hear Louisiana is nice too if you don’t like the desert…

        • Dellis says:

Yes, Texas don’t need any liberal leaning voters who also claim to be “gun owners” voting in the same political landscape that jacked up California.

I am Texan native but lived in California for a good part of my life and year by year it got worse and worse until we had to get out.

The mantra “vote with your feet” can work but seriously the “conservative/constitutional ” section of America is dying or they just feel totally defeated and their vote will not matter.

5 years, Texas may be red, which is scary

          • Bill says:

Sooner than five years. Perry did pretty well moving California business to Texas. With the businesses went the employees, mostly liberals. Look at Colorado, same thing.

    • balais says:

Why should they vote for candidates who don’t adhere to their viewpoints?

one of these days, you republicans will figure it out (maybe the hard way) that not all gun owners believe that republican politicians are the solution to their problems. They find them equally as contemptuous as anti-gun democrats.

Because we end up with a situation like what is about to occur with the 2016 presidential election. A crappy election for gun owners.

  2. John says:

Firearm manufacturers are moving to the free states of the south. You are all welcome too. We’ve still got lots of room. ?

  3. John says:

Isn’t ironic that during the Civil War the south was known as the “slave” states and the rest of the country were the “free” states. Now the exact opposite is true.

  4. Unimog says:

It’s to late, look what’s happened to places like Austin,Tx.after the liberal hippies from California have moved in. Its like Florida is becoming with all the New York and New Jersey people. If your utopia is so wonderful, stay, no need to set one up here.

  5. Frank says:

Face it, the obviously intelligent citizens of CA want these kinds of decisions (restrictions). In the infamous words of Obummer: “Elections have consequences.” Now they must live with the consequences of electing a lifelong Liberal/Progressive/Democrat/Socialist.

    • SSD says:

What about the people who only vote for Republicans?

      • SSD says:

I was fat, dumb and happy, in a solidly Republican Congressional District in Southern, Virginia represented by Randy Forbes until…the courts redrew with district lines and now, I’m thrown in with Richmond, which is a world away from military-centric Hampton Roads. My new Congressman is Democrat Bobby Scott. As you can imagine, he has an F from the NRA and does Jack and shit for the military here. Gerrymandering is a real thing.

        • Dellis says:

          ^^^ This!

This is the purpose of redrawing districts. The idea is filed under “equality” so all people have a voice and do not feel like the minority!

What it truly is about is demographics that singles out (section 8) minorities, not being inclusive. This is done by both sides but with this administration time in office it’s been fierce. So within the rich areas of a city section 8 housing will be allowed cause our government is raising the monthly payments to these people so they move into the predominantly republican areas and in time that area will be redrawn and under democratic control. I guarantee you Obama, Reid, or any politician will not need to live next door to section 8.

Every section 8 place I have seen is nothing but trash pit. So how can it be a good thing to turn high dollar income areas into slum? Ask your local representative.

        • Stu says:

It is very horrible. One day I had a Congreesman that did a damn fine job of keeping me informed of any and everything happening across the Potomac, the next day I get someone just as bad as our ‘Senators’. One never never responded to anything I had to say, and the other just gave me some horse dung cut and paste response about why the Democratic party’s unilateral anti-2nd Amendment stance was more important than the rights of me and my fellow Virginians.

  6. Jambo says:

A good friend just moved to California because of work. Now says he’s planning to openly ignore the law. God bless him and those that follow his example.

  7. Spider says:

If my rights can be negotiated away by other people, they certainly don’t feel like rights to me.

As mentioned above, it’s can be problematic when people “flee” places like CA because many of them tend to vote for the same policies which resulted in them leaving in the first place.

  8. Patrick says:

At least we can expect violent crime to drop drastically in the coming months. Am I right?

    • straps says:

I’m presuming sarcasm, and nope. Most of the “assault weapons” used in California crimes are sold in Nevada and driven across the border. The LAPD washout is one spectacular example of this.

Also, we’re clamping down on parole/probation searches of habitual criminals (you know, because cops are the REAL criminals). Apparently it hurts their feelings and prompts them to re-offend…

      • Patrick says:

Yeah, straight sarcasm. Agreed with everything you said. If anything, shits about to get much worse.

  9. Sean says:

    Moving to AZ in december.

  10. Ranger Rick says:

California, beautiful state and now a ‘People’s Paradise’. So much more to come when these sensible measures prove ineffective.

  11. Rockhammer says:

‘Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add ‘within the limits of the law’ because law is often but the tyrant’s will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.’ – A letter from Thomas Jefferson to Isaac H. Tiffany, 4 April, 1819

  12. Datamaggot says:

Californians are welcome to AZ, just don’t bring your B.S. politics with you.
Phoenix has transformed into L.A. #2 and Tuscon is worse.

    Thanks Cali 🙁

    • Mike says:

Don’t blame California for AZ’s problems. A good portion of the A-Hole voters in CA weren’t born here. They’re transplants from other states and countries coming here to make money. Now that they messed it up and can’t afford to live here they’re popping smoke, leaving their trash behind and moving off to the next nice place to exploit. They’re like semi-retarded roaches with voting rights.

  13. Matt says:

“Laws do not stop evil men.”

    “Good men stop evil men.”

Good luck CA. Put restrictions on the capabilities of your (fewer and fewer) good men. ?

  14. Porter says:

We don’t welcome you in Utah, stay out. Go to Colorado or Oklahoma or somewhere.

    • Fleur de lis tactical says:

      Too many Mormons anyways…no loss

      • txJM says:

Way to reinforce the stereotype, Californian.

        • majrod says:

          +1

and then they wonder why their states lean so far left….

          • Mike says:

Partially because of decades of liberal minded transplants from other states and countries who came here looking for money. Most of CA is fairly conservative, but we suffer the same problem as Oregon and Washington. We are controlled by the population masses of LA and the Bay Area. Just like the Seattle/Tacoma voters screw up Washington and Portland screws up Oregon.

      • balais says:

Suit yourself. Utah is one awesome state.

  15. Nicks87 says:

Come to South Dakota! No income tax, low crime rate, low cost of living, great hunting and fishing… But, it gets cold as f**k in the winter. Bring your polypro!

  16. Gerard says:

I live in CT so Do not move here. Next year I plan to move to NH and celebrate real freedom

    • Anibal Perez says:

I’m looking at Maine as soon as I can make arrangements with work and my position changes, CT since moving here from PA in 09 has been in steady competition with Cali and NY for being completely Libtard central

  17. Marcus says:

What do you have when the legislators and governor pass laws that almost no gun owner obeys?

That’s exactly what happened in New York. The estimated number of AR’s before the act is probably about 1/6th of the number registered.

You can engage in a tyranny of the majority. Just don’t expect those you seek to lord over with your subterfuge to comply.

Don’t ever cede ground to the enemies of freedom.

  18. Matt says:

Ok none of you are factoring in things like gerrymandering of voting districts that let’s anti gunners maintain firm control of the legislature, Can I suggest that if you are in california and decide to move don’t move to Texas or Arizona where those rights are very secure, move to oregon where they could use the help to correct the quagmire that is portland.

  19. Stu says:

‘God made man, but Sam Colt made them equal’

If we look into that, we can rind that anyone trying to take our guns away is not making us equal.

  20. TexasKrypteia says:

Stay in California, and take up archery.

    • Dellis says:

Sadly I miss the outdoor aspect of California. Where else can you wake up and go to the beach for a few hours then be in the mountains 2 hours later and get some night skiing in?

      • Christopher Minguez says:

Well, off the top of my head, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia, and there’s no shitty desert to go through. And the Outer Banks are far better than any beach in the entirety of CA.

        • Dellis says:

I’ll take your outer banks and raise that with Big Sur, Carmel and Monterey.

Also, we loved the desert areas of Joshua Tree so not sure what’s meant by “shitty desert”?

  21. BravoMike says:

I hope Idaho stays red for as long as possible. The recent influx of refugees, Californians, etc might eventually change that 🙁

  22. Riceball says:

As soon as my kids are grown and out of college my wife and I plan on moving out of CA, probably to Nevada, there, I will be able to enjoy my 2nd Amendment rights freely, have a lower cost of living, and not have to deal with as much liberal/PC BS as I do here.

    • majrod says:

I’m praying for you Riceball. Former New Yorker here. Broke my heart when I gave up that driver’s license and changed my state of residence.

  23. Dellis says:

Someone needs to organize a “Million Armed Citizen March”

Why can’t we, or better yet, why are we (2nd Amendment, Constitutionalists) worried or frightened to gather as one voice and show our strength?

Something needs to be done, this is getting ridiculous, one should never have to be an apologist for the 2nd Amendment.

  24. Zee says:

I’m going to go where I want. Where I want is some place that isn’t a nanny state, and I’ll keep voting against nanny state candidates that vote for dumb ass laws.
