Made from a nylon ripstop shell and NEMO’s Stratofiber™ insulation, the Puffin is 86 inches long and 60 inches wide. The extralength is put to use by incorprating buttons at the foot of the blanket which allows the wearer to tuck the feet under and fasten them in place. You’ll also note the shape which is designed to give better coverage when used sleeping bag style. The Puffin weighs 2lbs, 3oz.
One side is Coyote and the other MultiCam, these were built for their Shield Line. Priced to move, the Puffin is currently offered at just under $90.

Out of stock on their site.
Sorry man, sounds like they went quick.
They probably had two to sell.
Hardly worth wasting everyone’s time.
Not SSD’s fault; I would have liked to grab one to augment my old school 90’s era poncho liner. Shame.
These were on Nemo’s site several weeks ago. Sometimes, manufacturers don’t send out press releases for limited edition items. I’m not sure how many there were, but I imagine that they would have sold much faster if they sent a press release when they were first released.
This was posted after a conversation between Cam and me at OR. I brought it up and he said he still had some Shield stuff to sell.
I think the cozy guy in the second picture suffering severe constipation. Look at his face.
