    What are the “SR” pockets for the new adjustable mag/utility pouches? Is it just hook and loop sized to retain the mags individually or is it a plastic retention clip (like a Kiwi)?

      Speed reload insert, I believe its a piece of kydex covered in loop, you can use the ‘one by’ to adjust retention and the depth of the magazine seating.
