The MARC IR (Marking Appliance Reusable Chemiluminescence – Infrared) is a pressure-activated chemiluminescence writing instrument that facilitates written or graphic communication in low-light and no-light conditions with the capability to be invisible to the enemy.
Got to use this at TECH WARRIOR at Calamityville , beyond military applications, this will be beneficial in the public safety arena. Still needs to be the size of a sharpie for ease of carry, but 10 times better than the sidewalk chalk it started out as.

Awesome stuff. Would love to see a long lasting IR spray paint that could fit in a bang pouch. Would be great for room marking procedures or marking distances/on call targets on structures in an AO. This seems pretty cool though, interested to know how long it lasts.

What I wasn’t sure about, is whether or not this glows in the visible spectrum, or only in IR. Any idea?
Specifically since the page says this:

So are you buying it in either visible, or IR, or does it glow and just stand out in IR?
