GunfightersINC is an Innovative Kydex Holster Manufacturer based in the mountain town of Leavenworth Washington. We have some large projects and dozens of new products in the pipeline and we are looking to assemble a team to help facilitate our next areas of growth.

We ask that all candidates have experience with firearms either professionally or personally. Prior military, law enforcement or competitive type shooting a big plus. Must be comfortable with private gun ownership. Candidates must be in tune with gun culture.

An interest in outdoor activities such as archery, hunting, mountaineering, skiing, backpacking or motorsports will help a candidate connect with company culture but not required.

Ecommerce Developer

We need full stack web developer to help us refine/upgrade our current website and help us launch 3-4 new e-commerce sites in the next year. We aren’t looking for someone highly degreed. We’re looking for someone who can show us hard work and tenacity with a strong track record of results. We need someone who knows how to build a site that is both fast and converts well. We would prefer this person to be on site but that is negotiable for the right candidate. We are not looking for agencies or contractors.

Product Developer

We’re looking for someone to join our engineering team to lead our new product development projects. We have concepts – do you know how to take those concepts and turn them in to a product? Ideal candidate has an Industrial Design degree and experience working with thermoplastics and composites but should be a jack of all trades and be prepared to work a on variety of projects and concepts. Sourcing and supply chain knowledge required. Project Management experience a plus.

CAD Drafter/CNC Operator

We’re looking for someone to come work with our engineering team assisting with the production and maintenance of holster molds and assist on other special projects. Experience working with Fusion360 and operating CNC routers and mills required. This is an Entry level position. At least 2 year technical degree in drafting, mechanical engineering tech, CNC or related subjects preferred.

Social Media Specialist

We’re looking for someone to manage our daily social media presence across all platforms. That includes daily postings, responding to all comments, DMs, messages, doing brand outreach with influencers, and managing organic/viral advertising campaigns.

Additionally this person will help with reputation management on relevant review sites and act as back-up for general customer service duties when call volume is high.

Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp and other social tools required. Experience with social media focused photography and video work preferred.

This position requires you to be on site.
