Mechanix Wear – Leather Heat Resistant Gloves

These EN 407: 2004 Level 2 contact heat resistant gooves are made from Heat Resistant Goatskin to rotect the back of your hands and FR Kevlar and FR Kovenex to safeguard your palms. Although they are intended for welding and other metal work, there are loads of uses in our space as well.

      I don’t know if I’d go that far, but you could definitely use these if you were handling hot items like weapon barrels and suppressors. Not when they are glowing hot, but once they cool down and you don’t want to use your bare hands to touch them.

        I figured. I’m always on the lookout for something a little nicer than Home Depot leather work gloves and the weird overgloves floating around.
