    The program is an excellent interpretation of Joel Jamieson’s work into a Military-centric context. Not ground-breaking by any stretch of the imagination, the program nonetheless uses the most current understerstanding of the body’s energy systems to create an effective system for the systematic and concurrent improvement of both aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Is it the “ultimate” program for Military personnel? Absolutely not, but it is an excellent starting point for the Soldier wary of Crossfit and tired of standard PT.

      Sean: So I’m guessing you have used the system? I ask because it intrigues me. I don’t SSD would post crap up but I would really like to hear some personal stories regarding this program.

    How convenient. I was looking to get into a new training program, and BAM!! Morrison comes out with a program that sounds right in my grid square. Now I can put the bottle of sleeping pills down over missing the course in Colorado Springs. Thanks, Nate.

    Maybe this is what I am looking for. I am a bit lazy about planning my PT so I usually do same routine. I don’t really have too much time daily to spend on PT, so I meed a simple training routine of about an hour.

    Why is not it available in Amazon?

      Yeah, I noticed that too (plus the impertinent use of ‘literally’). Not auspicious.

    Wish there were some examples of the routine so we could make a better call. I too doubt SSD would back something less than worthy, but it’d be nice to know if this would fit my schedule..

    I believe this guy is a Systema guy, so his conditioning and combatives programs are probably heavily influenced by this background. Whether you think this is a good thing or a bad thing depends largely on your opinion of Systema.

        Well, not “Systema” so much as Soviet training principles generally.
        The reality is that most people’s perception of Systema (backflip shovel attacks, etc.: http://flic.kr/ps/2w38yT ) is a dim avatar of what’s actually going on (learning proper recover, avoiding “purposeful” dysfunction, developing the connective tissue, etc.).

    Does anyone know how to get in contact with Morrison Industries? I ordered this book as a download, but the download link was broken. I have tried to email them, but so far have gotten no response. If I didn’t see Soldier Systems advocating them, I’d say something fishy is going on.
