“Clothes make the man. Naked people have little or no influence in society.”
– Mark Twain
Perhaps we might reflect on this observation as we consider the Army’s camouflage situation.

Thats a funny idea to visualize. But it is also legit advice to follow. How you dress affects how you are perceived. I worked a simple unarmed security job in a suit and tie and I went from being a rent-a-cop guard to a security professional. It was very interesting comparing the treatment at 2 similar jobs with different uniforms.
But Mark Twain wasn’t around for Ghandi. I like John Wayne better….”Life is hard..It’s harder when your stupid”. Aimed towards those PEO/NATICK UCP morons.
Yup; “clothes make the man”.
Combat loincloths for all!!
How about a combat kilt? I think they are or were available in Multicam (for real!).
Been wanting to do the kilt thing for a while, figure to wear it to work and dare some dashiki wearing shithead to denigrate my heritage…
My favorite “Twain-ism”?
Suppose you were an idiot; and suppose you were a member of Congress. But then I repeat myself. — Mark Twain
