Picked up one of these from their office last week. Overall nice pack, always need something that doesn’t scream “tact-i-fool” for some everyday type stuff. Will say the shoulder straps leave some room to be desired; they are just 2-2 1/2″ nylon webbing sans any padding. Granted, this pack isn’t something you get expecting to be humping it out in the desert for 3 or 4 days, but a little padding would make it all the more outstanding for its purpose. Well, just my two cents on the matter.

Erik, These bags are not offered with padding. They are trying to keep the cost down. The 3 day pack comes with padding for larger loads and is very reasonably priced. They do have a 100% guarantee on their products and they would probably take it back if you returned it or maybe upgrade it for you.
