But, now I can more easily convert junk to Kifaru gear. While I can’t purchase firearms according to paypal rules, I can buy a new pack.

True story about hiding purchases from the wife unit. I hate PayPal too, but like the above poster mentioned; it helps to convert unused items to good gear.
