Englewood. Ask anyone from Chicago. Another issue is that a lot of the “shooters” come from outside of Chicago – scum that was relocated to the suburbs and beyond hoping that they will integrate within the community. Yes, Illinois has a CCW law on books, but it is so strip down that it misses the point to even conceal carry.
Isn’t most of the violence in Chicago gang-on-gang and confined to the southern impoverished area of the city? I’ve been led to understand that the suburbs and the more affluent, and dare i say it, white areas of the city are relatively insulated from these high levels of violence? Correct me if I’m wrong
