    Is it expandable for M4-M240? If not then Uncle Sam won’t want it. I don like how you can actually have a 30rd mag in it though. That is nice.

        The large case will take a M240 with no problem. The Army has accepted and purchased thousands so far. It is the only jumpable weapons case approved besides the M1950 which is getting phased out.

    Also-OCP that is nice-> Just to be a devil’s advocate for a minute- if you ever have to cut away your lowering line with ruck and weapons case you will never be able to find it.

    @seamus Uncle Sam already has it. I have not seen a m1950 in over six months.

      I saw 1950s as recently as last month (in SOF). And as for the color – why not make the weapons case and ruck out of VS17 panels in case you have to jettison them? Oh wait…

      We have been spoiled with ACUs – it was always easy to link back up after a leaders recon in training because everyone was glowing. Now it seems we will have to actually shoot azimuths and keep a pace count…

    Got my hands on this bag right before Shot Show this year and was really happy with it. Definitely a lot of time and effort went into this bag to ensure the soldiers equipment is protected without adding useless weight – Nice work guys.

    Good to see this finally fielding, the prototypes (possibly earlier versions) have been out for almost 4 years if I remember right.

    SOF still has the 1950, the fielding of this is probably starting with forced entry units (RGR, 82d, and Separate Bdes) then on to others.

    I’ve not heard good reviews from my SOF friends so far about this system. Many are sticking with the 1950. May be isolated.

    As a former rigger. I have not jumped anything other then a 1950. But can you fit a javelin or an at4 in one of these?
