I would love for The Dead Bird to get on the smock train. Like one of their Gryphon tops with some abdominal pockets and cut looser.
They’ve made prototypes but shelved the project due to cost.

The option to get some of their products without Velcro patches.
They have a civilian line, many items of which are available in subdued colors. My day to day coat is a dirty bird civilIan coat in ODish color, no vecro for flags, IFF, callsigns. It was also less expensive and bought on sale from a civvie vendor.

Much of civilian line is rampant with reflective logos or others markings.
Biggest deal breaker.
