Sneak Peek – Blue Force Gear Hunting Sling

For those of you interested in a sneak peek of one of Blue Force Gear’s product releases for 2017 SHOT Show, this is the new Hunting Sling. Many of us use the Vickers Sling on our Black Rifles. Now, you can use a BFG on your other huntimg arms as well. Made from Cordura, it is intended to be mounted with the tightening motion sliding towards the buttstock.

See the Hunting Sling and other innovative products in booth #31209 at SHOT Show in Las Vegas from Jan 17–20.

Looks like you tighten it by sliding toward the front sight…

Looks an awful lot like a Proctor sling with rifle swivels.

That’s funny. I sorta thought the same thing. I’ve got a Proctor sling on my Marlin and it looks similar.

I see some Rhodesian/Ching sling inspiration. Can’t wait to see!

I’ve had good experiences using a padded BFG VCAS on hunting rifles. Never thought they would need a specific one.
