SSFN Releases ExtremePRO Camo

With the impending Army Camo solicitation, interest is up in all things camouflage. Slovenia’s School for Survival from Nature’s Land Camo is now available under the ExtremePRO brand.

    So, the concept of an intermediate pattern of light and dark browns, too bad, UCP could have had those shades easily.

    Hopefully whatever gets picked they get it right, our guys deserve it.

    They have an array of interesting camouflage patterns now.
    My favorite family of theirs is still the SUB-3D, though.

    I agree with “mcs.” The SUB-3D patterns are the best offerings from SSFN – especially, the Transitional Terrain and Woodland patterns. However, the SF-ONE Snow/Winter Pattern is the best cold weather environment uniform offering I have seen anywhere…hopefully for OPS in an Alpine/Rocky Mts. area.

    I’m actually all over the ‘desert shadow’ pat. Not terribly crazy aboutthe name, but I like the colors. I think there is just enough gray in it to make it effective in urbanized terrains, where brick and concrete make for brown and for gray.

    I’m impressed with the SUB-3D as well. I like it much better than the ATACS. Let’s just hope that there are some really great designs offered for the Army camo tests.
