Reportedly, Cool Caffeine Mints have begun to show up in US military Meals Ready to Eat. Made with triple distilled Idaho peppermint oil and infused with caffeine, Cool Caffeine Mints come in packs of 10.
The manufacturers have provided a dosage rate to give you an idea of the anticipated effects of the mints:
3 to 4 mints = 1 can of caffeinated soda
4 to 5 mints = 1 cup of tea
8 to 10 mints = 1 cup of coffee
They are available for purchase directly through www.coolcaffeine.net who also offers caffeinated cocoa.

Hmm, nice idea, I really like it.
I wonder if these really work. Anyone here who has tried them?
It is a shame that these are available only in U.S….
Had some in an MRE at AT last month-

They need to put them in more of the meals, I only managed to get them once over the two weeks.
Cool Fred…thanks! Remember which menu it was in?
I just had one yesterday during our Company Live Fire. It was in the new Chili Mac. I say “new” because the MRE bag itself feels thinner and less stiff. The meal packages also no longer open by ripping off the top if you hold it vertically, but rather tear along the longer side when you hold them horizontally.
I want to say it was some variation of roast beef and mushrooms. They’re tricky though, I had the same one from another case, and no mints.
