I have the TPC Combat Shirt in A-TACS and it’s one of the best combat shirt’s I’ve seen or had the pleasure of wearing. Super comfy, no pressure points and the build quality is outstanding!
I love my A-Tacs, I’m still waiting for Propper combat shirt (hope it’ll start shipping soon), but only thing I really hate about the material is how fast it fades after washing it.
I’ve washed mine 2 times (cold water, inside out, just as the label said) but already it’s fading. Some guys on my teams have theirs for 4 months and the black is almost gone…
So even though I’d like to buy other a-tacs gear, I’ll wait ’till they fix that issue with the material.
Don’t use regular detergents. I usually use Zero. Colours have stayed firm after 5 washes so far. Regular detergents have optical brighteners, which, in normal clothes, make them really nice looking. However it has the opposite effect in camouflage clothing.
Try using zero detergent, it’s quite excellent for all combat clothing. 🙂
Detergents for color wash shouldn’t have brighteners, as far as I know.
Thank you Firewalker, I’ll give it a try that’s for sure 🙂
Some detergents do some dont you gotta look carefully,I figured that out the hard way.
