Rather than encouraging their behavior, maybe you should tell them to pound sand, give it to the next guy, and post why that was done so as to publicly humiliate them to discourage reoccurring incidents.

I just sent 6 of my soldiers down range to AFG – they are in Helmand out on little COPs and FOBs doing the work outside the wire everyday. Not stuck on one of the megaFOBs like Bastion, Salerno, or Bagram.
