My question would be: could a private get a hold of this? If not how long do I have to wait?
It is available to foreign militaries like NATO partners?
We must first receive US State Department approval before we can ship that DVD title outside of the US.
Thank you for the answer, if you receive approval from the DoS it will be great to read about it in SSD, so we can order the DVD.
My question is why is this restricted to military/law enforcement if it’s only movement drills?
