I love Arc’teryx and wolf is certainly cool, but that “technical” talk was pretty weak. As a graphic designer, I know the term “grayscale” is actually not really appropriate for how he used it. The only point seemed to really be black is too dark. It’s not like grey is a real technical leap or anything, I already have tacticool clothes in grey (TAD).
The Grey Man – A man who can blend in to any scene or situation without standing out , hiding his skills and qualities.
They spoke a whole ton of long words with no real substance. Anyone with two eyes tells you black is the wrong color for any sort of camo short of laying in a tar pit. Same with the usual LEO blue.
Basically, they just marketing BS’ed “Wolf Grey.”
I was worried I’d get destroyed by the Arc’teryx fan base for my comment. Glad to see we still have thinkers before shooters here.
“Technology” is a very over-used, and abused, word these days….
You’re right, and so is the phrase “grey man.”
urban camo=dress like the locals/act like the locals
