I thought Mayflower used to produce gear in desert digital, I’m pretty sure I remember specifically being interested in the APC for that reason.

  2. Nathan says:

It looks very similar to Tactical Tailors “Removable Operators Pack”

  3. Nate says:

Why is Desert Digital such a difficult pattern to get gear in? Isn’t it WELL established in NSW and the USMC? It’s not like they’re searching for a new camo pattern like the Army! Jeeesh! Everyone should be producing Desert Digi gear and accessories..

    • straps says:

MOST Marines wear what they’re issued (with less individual discretion the further you get from MARSOC), and MOST are issued Coyote. Desert Digital IS NOT Desert MarPat.

Far as those entities who wear Desert Digital. the challenge for the makers is being able to fulfill orders while minimizing the amount of inventory sitting around in their warehouse slowly becoming obsolete—especially as weapons platforms, radio form factors and TCCC protocols mutate. The mission drives the gear.

Looks like Mayflower sealed the deal with SOMEONE who justified the purchase of a whole lotta fabric and webbing. Good on ’em.

Mayflower RC is bomber. If you haven’t checked out their 24 hour assault pack, you are missing out. Pure Mayflower ingenuity.
