Wow. “easiest and most fair” ? In crazyville I suppose.

Getting hundreds of emails is never easy to wade through. And basing your position in a queue by the time the email was received? Anyone who knows how email works knows that that isn’t fair.

  2. Chris says:

    Do not want.

  3. Dude Man says:

Wow I found that really offensive.

Really illusions of grandeur much? I’m pretty sure they’re still using dial up by the looks of that website.

Maybe they’re only building five of them. That would explain this ass-hatt-ed-ness

  4. Dude Man says:

What in the world makes them think they’re going to get blown up on SpaceBook or MyFace or whatever teenie bopper social networking site they’re taking orders on.

    Fail

  5. Dave the Rave says:

Interesting design. From the pic I can’t see if the barrel is ported. If it isn’t, perhaps all the slide cut-outs are for barrel cooling? I’d be careful to have the front close to skin after firing as the hot barrel is exposed. For the design and the size, I wouldn’t conceal it.

    • TAC GREEN says:

Slide cut outs are to reduce mass for faster cycling, and flatter recoil.

That said, it looks like it would crack under enough stress. I’d like to see one after 20K rounds.

I’d like to see how the magazine springs keep up with the faster slide travel over the long haul. Why anyone wants to carry a USPSA limited gun, or why Costa is promoting one, is beyond me.

  6. D says:

Somebody painted a trident on the side of an IPSC limited gun and the internet might blow up over it. Sad.

  7. Ground pounder says:

Why would I want a race gun that some Coast Guard guy uses on a flat range?

  8. George_Rules says:

I agree with some of the comments above, talking down to potential customers, and treating them, many of which are combat vets, like they are a bunch of teenagers who worship them, is insulting. I would not order one based on that alone.

    • DGR says:

No offense man, but have you delt with the firearms industry before? Its a bunch of teenager like dudes who worship their favorite fanboy. That is exactly why you need stuff like this.

      • That Guy says:

Hell yeah, thats why I am ordering mine, TIME NOW! Just kidding…I think Costa is a tool and his gun looks gay as AIDs.

      • George_Rules says:

No offense taken. Yes I have dealt with industry, and I am a grown man, not a teenager, and I don’t like being talked down to by someone who is asking me to hand them hard earned $$$$$$.

        • DGR says:

Agreed 100% but ive gotten pretty tired of the industry myself. It seems that anymore 90% of the tactical crowd acts like a spoiled teenager. We need people to start treating people like adults, but I think the consumer base is so infected with immature aholes that it will never happen.

  9. JM says:

If they anticipate such high demand, why not allow people to place a deposit and for their order to be ‘backordered’ until they can catch up? First come, first serve, make sure every customer is a happy one, etc…?

  10. Big_Red_One - Ramadi says:

Is it just me or does this bear a striking resemblance to Salient Arms. In anycase, I found that to be extremely interesting.
