DBT Appoints New CEO – Expands Executive Offices

Diamondback Tactical announced today that it has expanded the executive office positions within the company, beginning with the appointment of Andrew Bair as Chief Executive Officer. The change comes in response to the company’s continued growth, and the need for dedicated leadership offices. Also as part of this expansion, Dale Taylor has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, along with Jesse Walcott as Chief Financial Officer.

“These appointments will position the company for the next stage of growth and success,” said Andy Bair, the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer for Diamondback Tactical. “We have a talented team of experienced professionals whose expertise and technical capabilities give Diamondback Tactical a significant advantage in this changing global marketplace. The expansion of our officer positions will help lead these teams toward our growing success.”

Mr. Bair has more than 25 years of experience in the US Government and national security industry, advising U.S. and foreign governments, international organizations and manyother leading international security firms. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Diamondback Tactical, Mr. Bair served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. He will also continue his duties as an active Operating Partner at Torch Hill Investment Partners. Before joining Torch Hill and Diamondback Tactical in November 2011, Mr. Bair served as the Chief Executive Officer of two Washington-based national security-consulting firms, and as the Senior Vice President of the Willis Group of New York.

“We are proud of the accomplishments made over the last couple years,” states George Lund, Torch Hill and Diamondback Tactical Chairman. “The appointments of Andy, Dale and Jesse strengthen this organization as we continue to maintain our position as the global leader in mission-specific, advanced tactical armor systems.”

Dale Taylor brings more than 24 years of hands-on experience and strategic knowledge to the business. Mr. Taylor’s appointment as Chief Operating Officer will leverage his years of advanced product development and gains in manufacturing efficiencies.

Jesse Walcott has spent much of his career investing and operating in the defense and government services, automotive and firearms industries. Most recently, Mr. Walcott served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development for IAP Worldwide Services, a $1 billion revenue defense contractor controlled by Cerberus. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Walcott will focus on the day-to-day treasury management, as well as the company’s portfolio monitoring and development.
