    I thought you were going to have to fire 5, run forward, fire 5, run forward and fire 5 all without starting and stopping a clock . . . .

    This is the isolation of severl component skills. The run and shoot version will be videoed in the near future. By removing the running portion the data remains unskewed by individual physical running skill. Stay tuned, more video’s soon to follow!
