The Crye Precision AirFrame is currently the most innovative ballistic helmet design on the market. When combined with the removable ballistic chops, not only do you look like a Spartan Warrior but also gain some much needed maxillofacial protection. While it is quite possible to effect a cheek weld with a rifle, the finish of the Chops can be quite slick against the stock.
At SHOT Show this year Crye unveiled the StockPad, an adhesive backed high friction material that can be applied by the user to the Chops. Offered in right and left versions, the StockPad helps you get a good grip on that stock.
Available now in any color so long as its Black.

LOOKS GOOD, BUT I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT THE FIRST THING THAT CAME TO MIND WAS THAT THIS IS A TACTICAL DICKIE. COUSIN EDDIE WOULD LOVE THIS
THIS IS TOTALLY SOMETHING TO WRITE IN ALL CAPS ABOUT. I TOO FEEL INSIGNIFICANT IN REAL LIFE AND THUS NEED TO SCREAM ON THE INTERNET IR ORDER TO BRING ATTENTION TO MY MEAGER EXISTENCE.
Why does this helmet remind me of the line from “300”? “SPARTANS! WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSION!? AAAH-HOOOO!”
There are “300” things I would do to solve this problem before I put an aiming reference like that on my face. Hopefully it picks up dust or something…
So… griptape?
Why isn’t it available in multicam?
Honestly I wish Crye would just ship me my chops in the first place. I’ve have them on backorder for months and months.
