Blue Force Gear Is Giving Away A BELTminus

Earlier this week, Blue Force Gear formally introduced their new take on the warbelt and suspenders, the BELTminus. Integrating their Helium Whisper technology, BELTminus weighs just ounces and was designed as a load carrying platform for jungle operations.

Personally, I like the helium whisper dump pouch. It’s completely unobtrusive until you need it. Great for jungle patrols.

  2. Aaron says:

very cool technology. this would be a great replacement for my war belt and an excellent way to save some weight..

  3. Nick says:

It has to be the 10 speed pouch tripple for the M4. This has proven to be hands down the best and most versitile magazine pouch that I have ever used. The pouch has a slimmer profile and even when crawling on my belly it kept my mags in place. I admit I was highly skeptical bu the mag pouch has held up and far exceeded all of my expectations and easily destroyed any misgivings I may have had. I love BFG’s innovation and out of the box thinking.

  4. Ryan says:

Another vote for the helium whisper dump pouch. You have to actually hold it in your hand to truly appreciate it; it’s about a third of the size and weight as my last dump pouch and not only carries the same amount of gear, but deploys and stows more easily. When not in use you literally don’t even notice on your kit. Perfectly executed.

  5. Bill Kautz says:

I would love to win this ! Would work great for my prairie dog hunts.

    HW Ten-Speed Pouches!

  7. Gulo says:

I’m liking the ten-speed sr-25 mag pouch i had plans to use them with either csspecs 20 round vepr 308 mags or generic hk 308 mags for a ptr 91 f. By far the lightest, slimmest pouches i’ve seen.

  8. Firewalker says:

The ever comfy Vickers Cobra sling! I wish I had the dough to blow on it, but I’ve tried one out and it made my sling feel like 550 cord.

  9. Ryan says:

Though I haven’t got to try this product, I am a big fan of Belt style rigs over chest rigs. So I’m digging this BeltMINUS and might have to say it is my favorite.

  10. erik from sweden says:

    Hi!
The tripple pouch ten speed from bfg is my favourit because of how versitale it is.
Written on phone, excuse for spelling.

I’ve been looking to build an equipment carry system for a while. Looks like this might be a good place to start.

  12. Clampitt says:

Ten Speed Triple M4, works wonders for letting me adjust the amount of ammo I carry while keeping a low profile, all without having to remove or add more pouches.

  13. H says:

I like the Tourniquet now strap, the only Tourniquet retention that are both secure and slim. No more rubber bands that break.

  14. Paul Bone says:

got to be the UDC bungee sling I took to afghanistan best sling I have used by far

  15. Norbis says:

    All things 10 speed.

  16. Sarge11C says:

The Ten Speed Pouch Triple for M4 mags, I bought one on a whim prior to my last deployment to Afghanistan in 2011. I wasn’t sure if it would survive, but after a year of hard daily use I was very pleasantly surprised that not only did it survive it is still working and still on my gear today.

  17. Reseremb says:

Triple 5.56 TenSpeed, I started with the first version, now jumped in the Helium Whisper band… Still an amazing idea and product. I can carry 3-4-5-6 mags on the front as needed without any time lost re-arranging the plate carrier. I can put PMAG-30G, smoke, Celox gauze, GPS,… almost anything I could need.

  18. Bri-Man says:

HW Dump Pouch is amazing, as are most things from BFG. Great products and great customer service.

  19. JSGlock34 says:

    Vickers Combat Applications Sling

  20. T.M. says:

    FASTmags are great!

  21. André says:

Their CAT holder is such a small and great products. No more rubber bands going wearing out on you!

  22. Jake says:

I love me some Vickers Combat Applications Sling. After years of using inferior products I stumbled onto this well designed sling. Thanks Blue Force Gear.

  23. Pat says:

SOC-C belt was great, I’m always running 10-Speed pouches and Boo-Boo pouches on everything, and now this comes along. Can’t wait to check it out. BFG rocks!

  24. Paddyboy says:

Yeah, BFG. VCAS Sling and tenspeed are awesome kit. Definitely want this belt!

  25. Justin Pratt says:

The ten speed triple mag pouch, worked great with my IBA and now with my IOTV with the TAP system.

  26. Aeain says:

    VCAS.

Though I’d like to try a few of the Helium Whisper products.

  27. threeseven says:

I grabbed one of the limited edition padded 2 to 1 point convertible Desert Digital slings with the anodized coyote hardware when they were available, thought at the time it was possibly a bit too expensive but it turned out to be the best AR sling I have ever used. Runner-up favourite BFG product would be my RACKminus with Helium Whisper 10-Speed pouches – I want them to just keep pushing the smaller, lighter, simpler concept as far as it will go.

  28. Jack says:

Saw this material on the rackminus at the Warrior Expo, great peice of kit

  29. Kailuaz says:

    10 Speed for sure!

  30. Jeff says:

I like the SOC-C Modular Padded Belt System, kinda reminds me of the old days in the Army.

  31. Chris says:

I realley like the SOC-C modular sling. The ability to go from a single point sling to 2 point sling.

I also have been very interested in the the RACKminus. It seems to me to have the benefit of a chest rig that has been slimmed down quite a bit which is perfect for my applications. I’m currently running a eagle unit (prototype unit that I aquired for cheap) with built in mag pouches but the it’s stiff in certain spots and I don’t like the way it retains the mags. I think the RACKminus might be the way to go.

  32. Chris K. says:

I have denegerative disc disease, which means carrying weight causes my back some aches and pains. Helium Whisper has helped make life easier by being ultralight and tight to the body. I’ve switched all my pistol and M4 pouches for ten-speeds, and this belt would be a great addition to my kit.

  33. Brian says:

The SOC-C belt is my favorite. It is comfortable and carries everything you need. My Vickers sling is a close second though……. Can I just call it a tie?

  34. Adam Watts says:

Ten-speed M4 chest rig. Very concealable.

  35. D says:

HW 10-speed dump pouch. I dropped dump pouches from my kit because they were too bulky. With this, there’s no excuse.

  36. Morten Jensen says:

I love my Ten-speed M4 pouches in multicam. I used to have the pouches in RG, but when we switched over to multicam I sold them. But then I realised how much I missed them, so I bought some new ones in multicam.

  37. odie says:

    Ultralight dump pouch, seriously awesome.

  38. MR says:

Love the look – and advantages – but would love to get a feel for how it performs. Great GAW, guys! Keep it up.

  39. Nick says:

The double M4 is great because its a huge improvement over a commonly used pouch in the system but its not as radical as the ten speed gear that I’ve had problems with uniform nazis about retention.

  40. Bob says:

Anything with Helium Whisper. This attachment system is a revolution in the molle area and the fact that BFG licensed it to other extremely well known and respected manufacturers shows its utility. No snaps to break, additional malice style clips, it’s lighter, slimmer, and indestructible as far as I’ve been able to tell. It is the new standard for commercial gear and should be the standard for issued as well.

  41. Darius137 says:

My favorite BFG product would be the splitMINUS chest rig. I like split chest rigs, and I like the minimalist MOLLE concept. Seems like the perfect amount of real estate to put on the chest before you really should switch over to putting things on the hips.

  42. Ghillie Zen says:

    10 speed = high speed

  43. Jayson says:

    HW Dump Pouch, great company!

  44. Kevin Dooley says:

Hands down my favorite BF gear is the Vickers sling. I love that thing!

  45. Jeff Actual says:

Up to now, my favorite has been the SOC-C Modular Padded Belt System, but that could change if I get my hands on the BELTMinus. I wonder, however, how stiff (in a good way) the BELTMinus will be, given the reduction in mass. Unladen, I assume not very, but if the interlaced MOLLE webbing helps, this could really be a nice innovation: support without mass.

  46. Trajan says:

Yep, VCAS padded with sewn in QD.

  47. VSD says:

Ten Speed Ultralight Dump Pouch takes top honors for me. Definitely interested in the various *minus gear.

  48. Ian P. says:

The ten speed m4 mag pouch would have to be my favorite.

  49. Min says:

Sign me up. Can see this being built into my hunting rig.

  50. john says:

Definitely has to be the Vickers slings.
