He’s crossing his legs while moving laterally which I’ve been told in more than one occasion not to do as its easier to trip over your feet. This was for a tactical situation and not competition, though. Obviously he’s at a much more skilled level than I am so whatever works for him.
I have taken two classes from Frank. He offered up very efficient techniques and ran numerous quality drills. You will definitely push your skills to their limits and improve.
Wow. This guy’s drills are tight, real tight. I don’t even want to imagine the hours of range time put in to get to this level. Real proof of ‘practice makes perfect’.
