Las Vegas, NV – The MEAN Pad, an adjustable lumbar pad attachment for the Mystery Ranch NICE Frame, is in stock and available for order on the Oneiros Valley website. Weighing only two ounces, it’s constructed of 500 denier Cordura nylon and features a rubberized fabric face to reduce slippage. To accommodate a wide range of users, the MEAN Pad is available in two styles: The fixed hunting model provides a semi-permanent increase in the lumbar profile of the NICE Frame. The quick release military model promotes frame compatibility with body armor, helping bridge the gap between the rear SAPI plate and the frame. The military model perfectly complements a NICE Frame featuring the removable Bolstered Ventilation and Stability (BVS) system.
The MEAN Pad is made in the USA of mil-spec materials and is available in coyote brown, foliage green, Multicam and black.

Oneiros Valley’s solutions are the real deal.
Mystery Ranch is the only available armor interface (every one else seems to be doing unit-sized orders only), and the solution foisted on “special” people who wear armor with packs by people who don’t.
The Load Lifter and the MEAN pad are HUGE improvements to the NICE Frame.
