Guys have been asking for them and here they are. Viper Headwear is now offering MultiCam Arid and Tropic as options for their popular Diamondback cap. Made from 50/50 NyCo fabric, the Diamondback cap features an unstructured lower crown, and no button on top for comfort when wearing communications headsets. The Diamondback can be ordered with or without the following components:
– Front 2″ x 3.5″ Velcro loop panel for rank insignia, flags, team/unit patches, or morale patches
– 1.5″ x 1.5″ Velcro loop panel on top
– Back 1″ x 4″ or 1″ x 5″ Velcro loop for nametapes

I ordered two caps from Viper Headwear and one was mistakenly sent in the wrong size. I contacted VIper and the replacement cap was quickly sent out (no questions asked) and Red told me to just give the wrong sized cap to a buddy.
Absolutely fantastic customer service and a high quality American made product. There’s plenty of cheaper foreign made caps in this style but if you spend just a few extra bucks you’ll be supporting a veteran owned and operated American company as well as receiving a great product. I really can’t recommend them enough.

Was deployed with a dude who bought a cap from them, ended up being to small for his massive head, viper was ready to send out another for free in a custom size. My buddy insisted he pay for it though, and he had nothing but good communication with Viper.
His experience with them is a direct reason why I’m about to drop the cash on one of these new Cryecam ones.
I think my fat head needs one of these or more.

Nice looking hats, I just wish they’d make boonies using the new Multicam fabrics because I need another ball cap like I need a hole in the head but a nice cammie boonie I can always camping and hiking.
Picked up a tropic ballcap, love it…. I second the desire for boonies, especially in tropic pattern.
