TrackingPoint recent released a video demonstrating how their networked tracking scope technology can be integrated with wearable technology such as Google Glass to view and make accurate shots around corners, in unsupported positions, and around barricades.

I remember reading about Early Land warrior systems trying the same thing with a sight that tipped the scales as fifteen pounds and had to wire into a 60 pound computer tower pack frame to get to the Helmet mounted display with Grainy unfocused image that took forever to adjust.
It’s amazing how far we have come.
