PIG Skins Barricade Pads by HOG Saddle

IMG_7143-0.JPG

PIG Skins Barricade Pads were created by the same guys who came up with the HOG Saddle. Made from the same Berry compliant recoil reducing, UV resistant, urethane that is also used on the HOG & PIG Saddle units, they were designed to reduce the effects of recoil while firing from hard surfaces.

Cool…now they just need to figure out picatinny & keymod interfaces…

  2. Joshua says:

    Those are in the works.
The current PIG Skins mount well to the flat surfaces of keymod platforms.
A few shooters have been mounting their PIG Skins on picatinny rail covers to make them mount better. You could stick them to a flat rail cover such as the Ergo Slimline Rail Covers.

There is a big sale on these things right now through October 1st. $9.99

      Better shooting from barricades.

  4. Joshua says:

The PIG Skins Barricade Pad acts as a low-profile cushion between the rifle and a hard object the individual is firing off of.
This reduces felt recoil, increases hit probability, and increases the speed of follow up shots.
The PIG Skins replace the need to drag around a sand sock while firing from expedient, elevated positions such as hard cover, fence posts, vehicles, and barricades.

  5. Terry says:

It’ll also protect your stock from bumps and scrapes while firing from barricades and will protect the barricades from your stock.

Seems like a good idea to me, and well priced too.
