I need that loop side display panel more than anything.
Should almost fit all my patches.
Get yourself a big piece of Brushed DriLex. Works like female Velcro, costs a lot less.
Would hate to fall on that strap roll in the small of the back on the low profile chest rig. Perfect spot for a back injury.
Then perhaps you should cut yours so it won’t be there when you fall down.
To be honest, I’m not really impressed with the idea of this system. Having a double modular (MOLLE on modular Velcro) panels seems a little bit redundant if you really think about it. If you needed to change your load so drastically and quickly, you’d probably be better off with multiple minimalist chest rigs. So much for weight savings. I think the system that Mayflower R&C has is more practical. It seems like LBT is coming out with stuff like this just because.
I am rolling my eyes while I wrote this, literally. This system allows you to have preconfigured panels (which are shown in the photos) as well as a PALs field in the event you need to configure a panel with a special load that hasn’t been premanufactured.
At this time I remain convinced there are existing products on the market that can do that just as well and weigh less. Hence why I do not find this new product remarkable.
