Stuff I Like – TASC Performance Boxer Briefs

I first discovered TASC Performance garments in early 2012 and I’ve been wearing them ever since. In fact, although I do own a couple of pairs of Merino Wool next-to-skin layers, TASC Boxer Briefs are my preferred daily wear. They are extremely comfortable and feature a flowmesh panel at the front.

Made from 55% Organic Cotton/40% Viscose from Bamboo/5% Lycra Spandex the Boxer Briefs are offered in sizes Small – XXLarge in White, Black, Heather Grey and Kryptonite.

Did you read the materials? This is also no melt no drip, however it is not self extinguishing like wool.

I love merino but I still think cotton and Bamboo is superior when it comes to boxers breifs. Wool just gets too warm no matter how thin it is. Cotton retains water and cools better imo. I get really warm around my crouch area and perspire a lot and have tried all materials. Cotton and Bamboo are the bests.

Stay away from synthetic materials in shorts underwear. It promotes fungus and bacteria. The silver stuff which they try to fix it with is not worth it as it is similar to “eating” medication to prevent a decease…

You do not really want the water retained, it will still get transported away if you got a good weave. If you gut a fungal nail infection or something only use cotton and bamboo otherwise you risk getting a fungal infection in you crouch area too.
