For some reason it reminds me of a Beyond prototype BDU set I’ve had for years. Kind of a desert-y, snake-y pattern.
If the colors are white and blue, which they appear to be on my computer, it cloth looks lie windswept ice with snow on it.

Looks like one of the screens for optifade.
I remember they were the folks to send the material to for the SOCOM/Army snow camo thing back in ’13 or so. Never did get photos of those overwhites.
