Swedish Handwear producer Granqvists has been around since 1984 and produces all of the military Handwear for Sweden, Norway and Finland.
This glove is the M1009 Desert Combat Glove. It is a sheepskin glove which is not only supple but also gives a little bit of stretch combined with Nomex. The gloves are also touch screen compatible.
Here are the NSNs for our NATO readers.

I got a pair of these when I was the LNO to the Norwegian PRT in Meymanah, A-stan, 2010-2011. Great gloves, really comfortable and durable, and FR to boot. There is enough room on the wrist pull tab to punch a hole for hanging on a Grimlock mini biner.
Greatest little secret in Afghanistan.
Any US locations?
Make that touch screen “compatible”, cause you need to warm up the material enough first, just like any other leather/hide glove…
I like them, would never buy them. My $3 random hardware store gloves does EXACTLY the same job for probably 1/10th of the price.
Yeah, the touch screen claim is exaggerated, but they’re far better than hardware store gloves.
